Our Operational Readiness, Grant Writing and Contract Procurement engagements follow three phases. We draw on cognitive diversity and unconventional thinking to find funding strategies that traditional approaches overlook.

Assessment
Each service starts with a free assessment: the Operational Readiness Assessment (ORA), the Grant Readiness Assessment (GRA) or the Contract Readiness Assessment (CRA). We ask every prospective client to complete the one that fits the work. Your answers tell us where your organization stands before we discuss an engagement.

Scope and price
We review your assessment and confirm the service, the tier and the fee before any work begins. Prices are published on each service page, and larger engagements are quoted by scope.

The work
We do the work with your team. For Operational Readiness, that means the Readiness Diagnostic or the 3-month retainer. For funding work, we write and submit each grant application or proposal. The documents and the grant or proposal library are yours to keep, and accounts are set up in your organization’s name.
These terms apply to every Elysian engagement.

Each service page lists its prices. Work outside those prices gets its own quote.

Our fees pay for the work. We do not take a percentage of any award, and the fee stays the same whatever the result.

Your team contacts funders and donors. We prepare the materials for that contact.

Policies, bylaws and other governing documents are drafts for your attorney to review before adoption.
