Who We Are
E Trust Grant Worker Team (ETGWT) is designed to work for any nonprofit organization that operates in education, community development, human services, neurodiversity, or giftedness. All of our grant writers are beneficiary members of Elysian Trust and personally, come from these aforementioned fields. In most cases, they have been grant writers for many years before joining us. To date, our team has collectively raised over $20 million for clients since 2011.
ETGWT also integrates complementary fundraising avenues, when needed, and in some cases have developed our own unique solutions for our clients’ needs. These include hybrid combinations of corporate and fiscal sponsorship, corporate partnerships, crowdfunding, competitions, and unique solutions that Elysian Trust’s think-tanks developed for certain clients.
We are, as far as we know, the first and currently the only grant-writing team that crafts hybrid funding models for nonprofits. And we have a panache for tailoring these services for almost any organization’s budget. We are more concerned with supporting impactful missions and noble visions that line up with our own mission and vision than we are with anything else when we agree to work for a nonprofit.

Grant Worker Team—We can create a team of grant workers who will remotely assist for you and handle all aspects of grants funding for your organization. There is always one point of contact for the client, however. We organize these teams as job shares on your behalf. This effectively allows us to distribute the work across multiple skilled workers, which comes with a number of benefits to the client that an individual grant manager on staff cannot extend. We are able to scale our teams to a full Grant Writing Service or small-scale assistance teams as required. Our Grant Worker Team can do any combination of grant writing, grant editing, program evaluation, growth consulting, sponsorship agency, or managing or creating a grant calendar.
Our grant worker team may be excessively comprehensive for your needs. The following services are all limited derivatives of our main service.
Assigned Grant Worker—Many nonprofit organizations do not need or want a whole grant writing team. They have already done the research for funding and have located the funding sources. They have already applied for grants before, and have a sense of how grant-ready they are. They only need someone with expertise to write the identified grant proposals for them. If this is the case, then we can assign the best grant workers to your specific project.
Grant Editor—Some nonprofit organizations may already have a grant proposal written, and simply need an expert to edit it. We can assign a grant worker to do this for you.
Program Evaluator— Elysian Trust is registered with the American Evaluation Association. If the program you are searching for needs a program evaluation team, we can provide one.
***Please note that if Elysian Trust is working as your grant writing service for a program, or partnering with your program, we may not be able to also be your program evaluator for the same program as well. This is in order to avoid a conflict of interest. We handle each of these on a case by case basis. Contact us for more details, using the form below.
Growth Consultant—Your nonprofit organization may not need funding, or it may not be ready to receive funding yet. It may need to develop its infrastructure in order to be competitive or to take on larger projects in the future. We are happy to help with developing a course of action for your organization, as well as helping with executing the strategy.
Sponsorship Broker—The funding landscape for nonprofits is rapidly changing, and your nonprofit needs to adapt to it. Elysian Trust is, as far as we can tell, the first grant management team that also works to find corporate sponsorship specifically for nonprofits. Corporate sponsorship is often a much more viable funding resource for a nonprofit organization than are grants, especially those with limited funding to begin with. We can assign a sponsorship broker to your organization.
Fiscal Agency—If you are not a nonprofit organization, but require that in order to secure certain grants and other funding sources, then we may be able to be your fiscal agent. It’s not a straightforward and simple process. We have to make sure we are a good fit for each other and figure out how the agency will be managed first.
Volunteer Grant Writer—We have a very limited number of grant proposals we are willing to write for deserving nonprofits at no cost. We limit it to one proposal for one nonprofit organization per quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of every year). If you wish us to consider your organization, please fill out the contact form below at least 2 weeks before one of the quarterly deadlines.
Volunteer Program Evaluator— We can evaluate a very limited number of programs at no cost. We limit it to one program for one nonprofit organization per quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of every year). If you wish us to consider your organization, please fill out the contact form below at least 2 weeks before one of the quarterly deadlines.

Elysian Trust does not work for for-profit organizations, and the only individuals we may work for are beneficiary members in Elysian Trust. However, we can refer clients outside of our scope to two different organizations we network with. Empyrean Trust works with for-profits with humanitarian aims, who serve low-income communities, or that helps underserved demographics. Peach & Seahorse Group works with for-profits, nonprofits, and individuals who do not qualify for Elysian Trust’s or Empyrean Trust’s services.
Empyrean Trust is a business incubator that helps for-profits and startups that help others. To date, there is no other incubator that offers grant-writing and the related fundraising services or a think-tank for its clients. Empyrean offers these and the additional expected incubating services. Use the contact form below to learn more.
- If you are a nonprofit that works in education, giftedness, neurodiversity, or community development you want to hire Elysian Trust.
- If you are a for-profit that aims to develop communities from within and employs neurodivergent or gifted people to do so, you want to hire Empyrean Trust.
“Elysian Trust’s growth consulting service has helped us create a realistic strategy to stay afloat and even prepare for future expansion of our therapeutic riding program. The point of contact I had for this endeavor was informed, courteous, helpful, patient, and creative.” —Susan Fieldsmith, President of Rising Tide Therapeutic Equine Center
“Elysian Trust has been instrumental in helping me understand how to grow my non-profit school for twice exceptional children.”–Dr. Kim Busi, Founder of Quad Prep School
“Elysian Trust’s grant writing team identified and established a partnership with Arizona State University (ASU) to assist and monitor the development of an artificial intelligence software to utilize in finding missing people. They made contact with a golf tournament professional to set up a Pro-Am for 2018 to run annually to raise money for the FMG. They also proposed a business module for the FMG to diversify our revenue stream so that we may remain solvent in the future. Because their team has diverse backgrounds, they were even able to help improve our website functionality and increase our SEO ranking for broader coverage. They secured grant money from a major NYC foundation (that wants to remain anonymous) and provided a business plan to the UN Human Trafficking (HT) council for the FMG’s involvement in the top twelve countries overrun with this problem.
lastly, they helped organize our social media kit and corporate sponsorship package.
The Find Me Group’s goal is to be the clearinghouse worldwide for all missing persons and human trafficking victims. We are where we are today in part by Elysian Trust’s dedication and desire to help people, which is characteristic of the team’s nature.”—Kelly Snyder, Founder and CEO of Find Me Group
